skin care products?

Ok, I have tried non expensive products to expensive products. I've done almost every drugstore brand, ive tried clinque acne system, and the murad face wash that's pretty expensive. NOTHING has yet to work wonderful on my skin...I have even tried birth control.  If I'm lucky, I can go 4 days without a bad zit. They are usually big & red. I wash my face everyday & take off my makeup every night. I just really need some good advice here.

Try hair skin and nail vitamins. There are man brands to choose from. Drink lots of water at lest 8 glasses a day.
