dark skin?

so i've been shaving my mustache for a while now and lately i've noticed that even when the hair is cut as close as i can it looks noticeably dark. I also have dark skin so it stands out even more. I'm not sure if this is the result of shaving or cuts but i'd greatly appreciate help getting rid of it!

Take a break from shaving if you can. Apply aloe Vera to area. Aveeno has natural skin brightening lotion with soy.
