The first thing to consider is the length of the hair extension weft. If it is 20 inches or more you will need a few boxes of color. We are going to use boxes of hair color since it is formulated and can be easily done at home. All you have to do is mix and apply. Put an apron on so no color ruins your clothes. Put a plastic cover on the table where you are going to color. Place a plastic bowl to mix the colors into on the table. Don’t ever use a metal bowl for hair coloring. Make sure a sink is near for rinsing and that the sink is stainless steel. Put plastic gloves on. Usually the gloves come in the box. I have found that gloves with powder inside makes it easier to remove. Virgin hair extensions will take longer to lighten with box hair color especially if the hair is naturally dark. The pigments need time to lighten up. You may need a second box of color if it is not the desired shade the first time. If the hair is natural brown it will color or lighten faster. It is always best to do a test before coloring or lightening. Cut a least ½ at the top of the weft and use that to test the color on. If it responds well than you can color or lighten the whole piece. Usually the hair color in a box will provide you with the color you need. If you need strong bleach Clairol peroxide is available in 10% 20% 30% and 40% for maximum high lift blonde and is the strongest and works for achieving color 613 and color 60.

nice information shared on hair coloring at home. how much time it take to lighten hair for first time and it would be great if you shared a video on coloring hair extensions at home.
it would be more helpful to understand the whole procedure of coloring.

Revlon is a good brand. You have to try many brands to find right one for you. Start out with the color you want.

Human hair extensions new jersey also provide hair extensions with different styles and colors. |

when i dye my hair extenstions nd wait for it to be done i rinse nd dry but it comes put with white in them. What do i do? Does some humman hair extentions have sinthetic in it?

100% Human hair extensions do not have synthetic pieces added.
